2005 Arts in the Park
About the Show
Expected Turnout is 2,000-3,000 shoppers. Food and entertainment will be available throughout the day to include funnel cakes, hamburgers, and hotdogs as well as the Bob Barr band, Turning Point, Just Us Bluegrass Band, and the Sherriff's department will be on-hand to prepare I.D. kits for your children.
Limitations
Arts in the Park is reserved for Fine Arts more than Crafts. Food and Entertainment vendors will be allowed, but "country crafts" are generally discouraged while handmade, hand-painted, and other unique art pieces are encouraged: folk art, pottery, photography, watercolor, oil, pen & ink, mixed media, acrylics, metal crafters, that sort of art. Please contact Rachel Wilcox if you're unsure if your products would qualify.
Advertising
Unique and Chic...the traveling boutique will use its internal and external media sources to promote this event. These sources include Unique and Chic's website, www.uniquenchic.com, quarterly networking sessions, at least 1,000 event promotional postcards, newspaper and television advertisements, and other print advertising sources as available.
Additionally, all booth vendors and advertisers will have a double business card sized ad on the www.uniquenchic.com home page as well as a business card sized placement on the Premium and Featured Vendors Page, included in every bag leaving our booths at this event.

Show Hours
Sunday, May 15, 2005 12 - 7 p.m.
Set-up
You may set up your display on Sunday, May 15th between 9 - 11:30 a.m., after which time all cars must be moved out of the park and preferably away from the direct parking spaces to allow preferred parking to customers. Please car pool to and from the location, if possible.
Fees
The booth fee will be $45 for a 20' x 20' booth, if reserved through Unique and Chic BY APRIL 30TH ONLY, for the 2005 Arts in the Park.
We accept Credit Card or eCheck secure submissions via PayPal, Personal Check, or Money Order BY APRIL 30TH. No refunds will be available for cancellations at this reduced rate as we are reserving a set of booths together for Unique and Chic through this event's coordinator.
