About the Show
Unique and Chic...the traveling boutique! is an not-for-profit group participation organization promoting small business and at-home businesses in the Columbus area. We do this by a variety of means including advertising (online, print, billboard, word-of-mouth, targeted mailing), sharing ideas and concerns common to small business owners at our quarterly networking sessions, and by promoting shows we participate in around town as well as hosting our annual Christmas Open House.
We believe that all of us together can do much more than any one of us separately. You are welcome to join us in this year's annual event. And once you're in the Unique and Chic database, you'll be invited to all future events we host or where we rent booths.
Advertising
Unique and Chic...the traveling boutique will use its internal and external media sources to promote this Open House. These sources include Unique and Chic's website, www.uniquenchic.com, quarterly networking sessions and in-house contacts, at least 2,000 Open House promotional postcards mailed or handed-out, BILLBOARD ADVERTISEMENT, 4 large advertising signs in strategic locations, 4 directional signs leading customers in, a feature article in Northland Neighbors December 7th publication (thanks to Jennifer Sillitto), 1,000 or more targeted email invitations, and other print advertising sources as available.
Additionally, all booth vendors and advertisers will have a double business card sized ad on the www.uniquenchic.com home page.
Vendor Services
- Please BRING YOUR OWN 8' or smaller table and table covering
- Chairs provided for all booths
- Full-Color Promotional Signs and/or Post Cards provided for you to send to your targeted mailing list (first-come, first-served)

Set-up
You may set up your display on Friday, December 9th, between 7-9 p.m. and/or Saturday, December 10th from 8 - 9:45 a.m. Please move your cars to the outer parking spaces once your booth is set up to allow preferred parking to customers. Please car pool during Open House hours, if possible.
Fees
The booth fees range from $40-$100, depending on size and location, for the 2005 Christmas Open House, payable by Credit Card or eCheck secure submission via PayPal, by Personal Check, by Money Order, or by Cash in Person. Go to the application now.
This year's booth fee will include chairs (please bring your own table(s)), lunch provided, an online ad with picture announcing your booth at the show, and promotionals to give out or send to your targeted mailing list. We've also added BILLBOARD ADVERTISING for this year's show. Do your best to get the word out in your circles, and we'll do our best to provide you all the services you need.
Cancellation Policy for any Unique and Chic event: If you must cancel your booth for any Unique and Chic event, you must do so within 15 days before the event for a refund of the booth fee minus the current online advertising only fee. Your online ad will then be moved into the Featured Advertisers section, so that customers will be aware of your products and contact information but will also know that you won't be present as a booth vendor.

•Turn east onto WHITTLESEY RD (heading in the direction of Columbus Park Crossing).
•Stay in the far right lane and veer right onto WEEMS RD (if you end up at Columbus Park Crossing, you've gone too far).
•Turn RIGHT into ADAMS PARK subdivision.
•Go straight on ADAMS PARK DR down the hill, and turn LEFT into the Clubhouse: #6300 ADAMS PARK DRIVE -
There will be a printed vinyl banner that says "Unique and Chic...the traveling boutique!".

Equipment and Parking
Unload near the bridge to the front door, then move your car down to the far corner of the parking lot.
