2006 Unique and Chic Booth Application
General Information for Open House and Event Booths:
If you'll send us an email and let us know what kinds of products you're making, selling, or promoting, even if we can't get you into our next show (capacity/competitive booths already registered), we'll invite you to future shows and update you on good shows we know about around town. We're hoping to be a kind of an information hub for people who sell from home and need cost efficient ways to market their products locally. Your booth application doesn't obligate you in any way, as the Booth Fee is not collected until your booth is accepted for a given show. We want to know who you are, how to get in touch with you, and what you sell so that we can let you know when we find an opportunity you'd fit perfectly.
"I became involved with Unique and Chic last year about this same time. I saw an advertisement about the Adams Park Open House and contacted Rachel for details. Since then, I have been involved in several events as a part of Unique and Chic.
I am an independent consultant for Tastefully Simple Gourmet Foods. We offer simple, yet classic gourmet food that is prepared in the home in a matter of minutes. The great thing about Tastefully Simple is many of the soups, brownies and dips that we offer only require a couple of additional ingredients. The products that I offer do not resemble "pre-mixed" food like other companies offer. We strive to provide professional looking and great tasting gourmet food that our customers get to take all the credit for! As an additional service to my customers, I offer Tastefully Simple products already prepared, for those that find themselves short on time.
This group of vendors are very important to me. We all share business tips and success stories. It is great to work with such a vast group of people representing awesome products. I think we all have something "unique" to bring to the table and I enjoy sharing new ideas and seeing them come to fruition. Although we all have our own business, instead of competing with each other, we seem to compete for each other.
My business has grown as a result of the Unique and Chic website and publicity. The website draws in customers that are interested in other products and allows them to see what else is available. Rachel does a great job at highlighting our best qualities as vendors so that potential customers can get the full effect of our product via the website. Working as a team to collectively gain customers is another way my business has grown from being affilitiated with Unique and Chic. There is definitely power in numbers!"
